This plan is for natural gas boilers only (not LPG, oil or solid fuel) that have a total power input of less than 70kW. Dual-purpose boilers, warm air heating systems, combination and thermal storage units aren't covered.

What happens if you change your mind?

If you're not happy or change your mind within 28 days, any premium paid will be refunded, unless you choose to have your boiler service completed during this period. Please see Terms and Conditions above for more details.

FAQs

This plan is for homeowners only and doesn't include protection for mobile homes, park homes or business premises.

The boiler(s) at your home must have a power input of less than 70 KW/hr and be fired by natural gas (not LPG, electricity or oil), and gas supply pipes must be 35mm or less in diameter.

To help make life easier, we'll contact you to book your Boiler Service. Appointments are usually carried out Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays.

If you think you have a gas leak, call the National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999.

You’ll receive a reminder about 4 weeks before your plan is due to renew. This will confirm the price of your plan for the next year and prompt you to check that it is still right for you.

Your plan is set up to renew automatically, so if it’s still right for you there’s no need to do anything - it’s all taken care of. If you’d rather your plan didn’t automatically renew, you can cancel this feature on the payment page or contact us at any other time.

If you decide you don’t want your plan to automatically renew, you’ll need to contact us each year to renew it yourself and organise payment.
